“Leon Rankins, III, 35, pastor, Restoration Full Gospel Baptist Church, 900 W. Cervantes St., Pensacola, FL, was charged in 1989 when Rankin was 17. He was accused of sexual abusing an 11-yr-old boy. In 1994, Rankin pleaded no contest to 2 counts of sexual battery and was sentenced to 2 yrs. of house arrest and 2 yrs. of probation. In 2007, he was charged with having sex with a 13 yr. old boy .
